Everyone who starts a new thread must have seen those instructions. If they ignore them, what more can you do? :-( What's the point in adding more stuff that they'll also just ignore? :-( I think the only thing you could do is make it like those Windoze install scripts: when you click 'Start New Thread', it takes you to the Forum Rules; then you have to click 'I agree to these rules', and it shows you the list of Tutorials; then you have to click 'I understand the Turorials', etc, etc, until you finally get to make your post. Of course, even this doesn't guarantee that people will actually read the material... :-( |
