If I use a 8052 without internal brown-out-resetter, I take a MAX1232 or something similar, like shown here: http://www.8052.com/forum/read/109412 Care not only about power-on, but also about dips of supply voltage, so called brown-out events. A simple RC-reset can result in flash code memory defects. Kai Klaas |
