Now that you are well cooked from the responses that your posting generated......I would like to invite you to look at these two postings from a while back. Both show a relay driver configuration that can be used to support driving the relay in a way that avoids the "power on glitch" that has plauged many a new 8051 design done by folks just starting out with this type of MCU.
