#185412 - Keil docs are not bad. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
If you have access to a full Keil licence, I should persevere. Everything tales some learning, and Keil tools are used by many people.
You will probably get more help from Keil users than Metalink users. OTOH, if you are leaving the University shortly, you may prefer to learn a cheaper or free toolset. I would be very surprised if you find a Simulator or debugger of similar quality. The sdcc C compiler works quite well, but is not in the same league as Keil. An Assembler is no problem. There are several competent Assemblers with or without relocatable modules, linkers, debug symbols. Keil does not restrict the assembler at all. David. |
