Hello,
And Thank you very much to you all for sending very informative and problem solving comments.
I am sending the 16 bits as two 8 bits data without any parity.
So the data is send as tow 8 bits and at the receiving end it is then concatenated to form a single 16 bit value.
This value is displayed simultaneously and than send for sampling and for further processing.
What i want to share here is that, the data that is displayed in real time and the data that is displayed after sampling has no difference in them.

So how could i get exact waveform when i have no parallel processing device who can accumulate data first and than send it to the PC?
