Thanks to you all.
When i transmit a sine wave signal of 1-4V, with a frequency of 1-3Hz, all point of the signal are acquired and displayed correctly, but when the same signal with a higher frequency is transmitted than it goes like straight line and the curve is not acquired properly.
From this experience i have thought that a higher baud rate controller can pick the signal correctly.
Also with a lower baud rate the frequency goes more down.
I will upload the pictures of graph and code later on.
