so a 16 bit resolution is needed.

dead easy, but 16 bit precision is difficult. you will, in all likelyhood need a 4 layer board and some VERY careful layout.

to illustrate: scales of this precision cost thousands of dollars, scales of this resolution are fairly cheap.

make sure you know whether your task is specified as resolution or precision before you begin.
