1. your micro is damaged (9V erroneously connected to some port pin)
2. your BS170 is damaged (very easily by ESD, e.g. storing them in a plastic bag...) 3. your code is wrong (is the port pin all the time logic low?? do you feed the watchdog??) 4. confused pin-out of BS170 (you confused gate, source and drain) By the way, what do you mean be "pop". Be a bit clearer when discussing the problems... Kai Klaas |
