With respect to the OP's definition of a computer (of capability similar to a sinclair Z80-class machine), applications could load very easily and quickly indeed :-)

Once again, with respect to the OP's definition of a computer it appears to run some form of minimal DOS along with some (proprietary BASIC) programs. The Cortex-M0 could do this quite comfortably indeed, but then so too could most modern 8-bit micros.
