 		 #162598 - US cellular modem
I have done several modem apps, so this is NOT about 'modem' BUT about 'cellular' in the USA to send an alert text message in case of malfunction

1) Do you get the modem from a cellular provider or e.g. digikey?.
2) If from the cellular provider, how do you get hold of a person that know what you are talking about?.
3) Any rstrictions for use (FCC etc?).
4) This is a professional app, so "juryrig a cellphone" is NOT of interest.
