Michael,
Obviously I don't know the details of your time frame requirements, or the quantity you'll be dealing with, but I would be leary of such stop-gap solutions for anything on its way to production. The real solution here looks like revisiting the design with whomever did the PWB layout and have them correct one end or the other to make them both match. Of course, since I don't know your anticipated production quantity, it may be more economical to just design an adapter board, but be careful about adding impedance discontinuities. Good luck, Joe |
