I recently saw a headlight that was so strong that it took me quite a while to figure out that it was on a pushbike. That's not doing the bike rider any favours. It was pointed straight ahead like a main beam, not a dipped beam, so it was dazzling me and not illuminating the road.

I love cycling and I'm also a real petrolhead. As usual, it's the cyclist who don't drive and the drivers who don't cycle who cause the most problems.
