Hi Erik,

First the book evolved into a three volume treatise, each volume of which was threatening to expand beyond their borders. Okay. Clearly it wasn't sufficiently defined/constrained, but for now it's back on the shelf pending completion of the project I'm working on. If I don't finish something, I'll never finish anything, so the project I've been working on for ten years gets priority over the one I've worked on for three or four.

In the meantime, I suffered a computer crash and lost my email contact list. If you could shoot me an email I'd appreciate it.
