#183563 - $100 hardware setup ? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
i investigated a little bit about GPS (its allmost unknown for me),
and what i figured out is (for Erik's setup): - one GPS receiver and some radio (about $50 )is mounted on movable object. - same set is attached to base place (PC ). - Base place receives GPS data from moving set , then - using known (santimeter range) position of base place and GPS data from own receiver - can caculate coordinates of moving set. Here assuming is that errors will be same for both receivers. - here problem is how to determine "known position" - probably investor should hire somebody with good receiver to determine exact position. What i'm missing? |
