#182736 - That's where NDAs come in. Responding to: ???'s previous message |

This is an item that will need mass-production to be feasible, thus I have no intention of making amything but a prototype and then go sell/license the idea. Without a patent how can I tell prospective licencees what the thingy is? You let them sign a NDA (see if you can include a hefty compensation if the NDA is broken - that'd probably be the easiest way to get money out of the invention). Basically, anyone who sees the invention must either be someone you trust, or someone who's signed a NDA. |
