There is this company called "Thoughts to Paper" ( http://www.thoughtstopaper.com/ ) which for about ~$200 will allow you to pre-register your idea and provide you with a patent pending number giving you protection for about a year. At which point you will have evaluated whether you want to go on to the next step of the process. My boss has just done this, so I only have second hand knowledge. YMMV. -Aubrey |
