#182685 - How much profit could the idea generate? Responding to: ???'s previous message |

I have this idea that will be worthless if not patented. I am aware that getting a patent is not an amateur business and a professional will be required. Does anyone have any hints as to what one can do to find out if it is likely to be worth the cost. Well, it's worth as much as you could license the patent for or otherwise generate revenue from a product that uses the patent. You'll probably need to get a patent lawyer involved, and someone to review the business case derived from the patent, if you want answers that are at least somewhat significant. |
