Congrats !!! You could upload the schematic. But you need to edit it, to make it small. I think there is a problem in your Zero-Cross detection circuit. Are you sure it is working OK, have you tested those signals on an Oscilloscope? I think there must be an additional diode as shown below in a Red Circle: I believe the value of the capacitor at the input of 7805 is pretty large. Value is not mentioned in the schematic. I just downloaded your JPG File in my PC, used MSPaint to cut the necessary section by Selecting and giving <Ctrl-C> "Copy", Opened a new Paint File, and gave a <Ctrl-V> "Paste" resized and edited that file and pasted it on this forum. Size: 7116 Bytes. Edit: The same file saved as GIF File: Size: 6008 Bytes You can see the quality is reduced, but size has reduced, so you can decide, what is more important Size or Quality? |
