Well - Kai and I did post replies at about the same time. Should I remove my post because you don't like the conclusion that a tweeter normally don't need to handle any power in an audio system?

Another thing you have to consider. 100W at 50Hz is a loud, irritating, rumble. 100W at 10kHz is no fun at all. You will damage your hearing quite quick.
