#167273 - "transistor" IC reset IC/definition
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Eric, just to let you know, when someone encloses a word with quotation marks, it means they are using a euphemism. This is sometimes done for literary effect, but in this case the poster realized that all of us would know what he meant. Except that you do not want to know what he meant.

A very cheap "transistor" IC reset is a supervisor that looks like a "transistor", a TO-92 or similar.

Also, "experiment" in this case refers to preliminary testing, so an RC reset circuit would be just fine for this. Not everyone practices electronics like you. This means that not everyone needs to do what you do.

Do you get any work done, or do you just wait at forums for someone to make a "mistake" you can pounce on?
