RC reset for experiment..for commercial one the Voltage supply(at RC side) must very constant without spike voltage,etc.

There's very cheap "transistor" IC reset.

using RC for "experiment" is just the worst suggestion I have heard in ages. When you are 'experimenting' you do not want the insecurity of "did the reset reset or not"

I have no idea what a "very cheap "transistor" IC reset" is, but unless it is a supervisor chip it would not be any better than RC
