#164549 - Original request seems to have been fixed-frequency Responding to: ???'s previous message |
The original request seems to have been for a replacement of a 10MHz fixed-frequency oscillator module that could not be bought on the local market. I would have thought that a 10MHz oscillator module would be easier to find than a DS1077. On the other hand, many oscillator modules are sized like a 14-pin DIL, in which case a 14-pin SMD chip piggy-backed with crystal + caps would be smaller.
About the initial 66MHz output frequency, the DS1077 can be preconfigured before soldered - it has an EEPROM for storing the dividers. |
