 		 #160398 - diode in reverse bias (from output to input)

Such diode is recomended for 78xx, for other type i didnt read in datasheets. On other hand in one device such diode helps once (LDO=LP2954)
to pass ESD test. But other device with same LDO (but different function, circuit, microcontroller , topology, case) doesnt pass until we remove this diode.
