#148107 - I am not particularily impressed
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I email tech support, and less than an hour later I get the reply telling me that V6 of WSD shipped with bad drivers, and if that's what I've got, to please follow the link to download V7 of WSD. Lo and behold, V7 works.

I think that's a thumbs up for Analog Devices tech support.

I am not particularily impressed. Each and every "tech support" I have had the 'pleasure' of dealing with has been able to rapidly reply when the problem I had was 'standard'. The problem you describe, I guarantee you, is on the 'first line' support peoples cheat sheet.

When dealing with middle to large companies, I can only think of a few cases where there has not been a "I work from cheat sheets" person trying to keep me from communicating with someone that actually could solve my problem.

A classic example: I stated "watch works in C, but not in assembler", the reply was "to watch, you must open a watch window"
