Sorry mike, As I stated in an earlier post I described the 573 wrong. And the location of Vcc is on pin 40. As I believe is standard for a digital chip. I also discovered that the Xtal1 line from the main MCU directly connects to this chip and The RST pin from the main MCU does also.
