Probably more of an ARM9 thing than ARM7, but I'm sure ARM7 can do it - and has been seen doing it.

Anyhow, I think the AVR32 is aimed more at the ARM9 than ARM7?

And the AVR32 is specifically targetted at "multimedia" type apllications - so you'd expect it to shine in those specific applications (which, of course, are the "sexy" ones that people will be demonstrating at shows...)
