#136525 - reflecting "IT quality" on a company as a whole Responding to: ???'s previous message |
if they cannot produce a correct mail header and content?!
We, here, produce - by reputation - quality stuff. However, our IT (server stuff) has, through the years been handled by i think 4 different IT companies (we are not big enough in this area to have our own IT person). The quality of the IT service has been highly variable till we landed where we are and now it is good. I think that most companies in the area of 'server IT' are at the mercy of some company or person(s) that keep the rest in the dark - they have better things to do than 'server IT' - and thus reflecting "IT quality" on a company as a whole is, in my opinion not reasonable. As an example I use NXP chips with great joy, but cringe every time I have to go to their website. Erik |
