Arif as you are in india then i suggest you developing a power inverter.Here in India electricity supply is a major problem due to which there is ever growing market for power conditioning/generation devices.you can then adapt 2 different bussines models 1)supplying programmed chips to inverter manufacturers on royalty per chip basis or 2)manufacture the main inveter board and supply those to inveter assemblers.Belive me this is going to work for many years to come as me myself is involved in this type of bussines,i also most have many inverter/stablizers etc designs ranging from entry level square wave to advance sine wave geneation units,Good luck.
