sadly the truth is its usualy the case that you spend a week messing a round with the macros and then deside its far easier just to write your own. Actually I needed some VHDL tool to start with, and since I've already used DXP it looked like natural place to start... I haven't used any generic block, (just have written a few of my own as an exercise) and as you suggested it doesn't look am going to either... Best luck, CN |
