Salam karim, Charles is right what you have mentioned in your post is not classified as electrical noise. Electrical noise is a form of electromagnetic energy. But why you don't look at the issue from another angle? For example how energy can be saved by preventing a system to produce noise. I'm sure lots of people including me are interested in result of such research.
