Power a LED, yes. If the transmitter is strong and/or close enough. I've heard that there are some gadgets that have LEDs lighting up whenever your cellphone is receiving or transmitting a call. Of course, that way you're just leeching off you cellphones battery.

Digital clock ... probably not unless you're very close to a powerful transmitter.

No. Or rather: If you're close enough to anything that can wirelessly charge a battery, you should be running, not walking, away from it.
