#128637 - Well i am happy ive spoken to him
Responding to: ???'s previous message
He has told me that he had some problems in the past which might have left some bad feeling, but the fact that he came clean and said 'OK I had some problem' then I don't think there is anyone who would say we are not going to employ you because of something which is clearly somebody elses problem,so he knows he is on probation and he knows that we will be keeping an eye on him.having worked for people who have serious problems of their own I know how it feels to be on the receiving end of people with issues.
