Is it Arthur Daley? If so, I think he might be a bit dodgy like. For those not from the UK - Arthur Daley was character in a tv show called The Minder. His character was always involved in shady dealings and he was always relying on his 'minder' to get him out of trouble. The show was well known for its liberal use of cockney language. |
