In the beginning a professional software house with experience (in networks and internet management) was supposed to handle the things. Then for reasons i don't know ( maybe money problems) my management decided that my friend ,PC programmer, will have done the system in a "demo" version, i think just to show something working to the final costumer. Maybe after this the project will be handled by the software house.

I was only trying to understand who is right or wrong, but now i got my orders and i'm working the discussion is closed.
