#126519 - in all the discussions about a more 'complete' Responding to: ???'s previous message |
in all the discussions about a more 'complete' initial log on Richard do bring up an issue. if there is to be a requirement to sign up (my first priority would be location) what Richars discuss could be that requirement for an "ISP access" identifier.
Now I think that the cases of the user's only internet portal is through an "internet cafe" type are less than what Richard implies, nevertheless it should be considered. I do however doubt that anyone whose only internet portal is through an "internet cafe" type have fellow students, friends, or colleagues to discuss with, simply because if you have fellow students, friends, or colleagues the likelyhood of only internet portal is through an "internet cafe" type is unlikely. Thus, while I definitely am sympathetic to those with only "cafe access" I do doubt that the reason for not coming back is this combination. Erik |
