before being able to ship international packages online. I signed up for the account, they emailed a package, I read the package and went back to the site to find a multiple choice test. You had to get 90% on the test to be able to ship. You could take the test as many times as required, but you had to pass. Once passed, you were good to go.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea for this forum or not, but it certainly would limit the number of drive by posters. If implemented, I think the questions should be limited to the forum rules and not too technical.
