#124258 - I don't think so! How do you find it? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
You can find things in the subject, but, most of the hits, when I searched for SPI, didn't have any more than a simple reference to SPI in 'em. A few had it in the subject, and no further mention. A few had some oblique reference, but no relevant information. How do you find the information? If you find 1 useful post for every 100 hits, you're not going to spend much time searching.
At the risk of increasing the burden on the moderators, I'm going to make a suggestion ... How about the moderator(s) imposing a "supertitle" to a thread when the O/P's title doesn't shed light on the subject? I'm not sure how this would be done, but ... It wouldn't be bad if the moderators snipped off irrelevant (off-topic) comments and, in the unlikely but occasional event that the thread takes a turn in an interesting direction, snips off the new-topic-oriented part and assigns a new supertitle? That way, the title will shed light on the context, which posters' titles often don't do (What's the subject of "Help me!"?) RE RE |
