Ralph, I've tried to explain to you that the way you asked your question was flawed. I gave valid reasons why - but you asked Grant the same flawed question. I can tell you most of the microcontrollers will do synchronous to asynch conversion, but probably not the actual type of synchronous conversion you want. You could try a USB->serial converter - these do synchronous to asynch conversion, again USB is not the type of synchronous communication you are wanting.
You've yet to explain what you're trying to achieve apart from looking at the data being sent from a PS2 to its memory card. Is their something magic you don't want to tell us? And how Linux changes the picture? |
