#115187 - RS-232 Snooping
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Since most RS-232 protocols are call-response (both ends of the conversation don't talk at the same time) I just made up a little board that OR's the two data signals together to a new RS-232 data line. Then send that to an old DOS laptop (or any PC) running a terminal emulator that will display hex. Less that $5. Doesn't include the control lines though.
