Farshid As far as i know, there are more than 400+ (on least count !!) languages spoken in India, getting the MENU modified as per diferent languages would become another project by itself !!The language you have mentioned is HINDI. I was just wondering, instead of getting an 8051 based PoS, how about writing an application which would run on a mobile phone ?(maybe on Symbian based phones etc) which would provide the user interface menu and all that stuff and be connected to a hand held thermal printer connected over USB.
