I don't know if English is being used there broadly , But if available devices do only have english menus your best feature would be in implementing Indian language (Hindu ?) Menus and other things.
This way you'll have to go for a graphic LCD , but I would suggest you to go for a Color one even, These things catch the eyes of your customer in the first sight. Since this should be a long-life product I don't suggest you for using cell phone LCDs althought they are very cheap and easy to interface to your 8051. Farshid |
