Yes, I am sure you are. This RF stuff is not trivial. I was prepared to teach, not lend money and your expectations were otherwise. A pity.

At this point, I figure I should have just wired you money for a proper "hands-free" RF subsystem that would handle your UART datastream and have been done with it.

Then what would you have learned?
