#188872 - SiLabs - C8051F020 - Keil IDE
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Erik,

After I am finished with Turkey today, I am going to take a couple screen shots debugging in Kiel and then in SiLabs. Then I will explain what I am doing, what I am seeing, and why it is important. Then, "hopefully" with this explanation you will be able to get me going on the right track with SiLabs.

Quickly, you are correct, when I "Stop/Halt" debugging in SiLabs I do get some information from the debugger. But it is VERY limited. For example, what was the baud rate configure with each UART? This example is trivial, but as I continued going with SiLabs, the more and more limited its debugging data was presented to me, as compared to Keil.

I am sure I am missing something... I'll get the screen shots up later. I gotta get back to the family for now.....

Enjoy!
