Thanks Hal and Erik!!!!! I finally feel like I have made some headway! My Bad!

After upgrading to Keil uVision 4 and poking around the menu's I realized that I had selected "Use Silicon Labs C8051 Fxxx Driver" instead of "Use Simulator". This is what I was looking for. I want to single step through my code verify things are as I expect, then run the debugger/hardware.

Having the "Use Silicon..." checked, I was confused to why all my registers/Crossbar/BaudRate values did not make any sense.

BTW - I think I am leaning towards working in the Keil IDE for development.... Version 4 looks very promising.
