In that case, you need to just buy a ready-made unit tha does what you require!

The choice is:

EITHER invest the time necessary to do it properly yourself;
OR buy ready-made.

Remember, AC Mains can be lethal - if you're not absolutely certain what you're doing, then do not mess with it!!
