Andy, I have made some tests before mounting, I'm not an expert, I understand just a little about 555 and the rest of the circuit and the very small free time I have I tried to understand the circuit, what happens is I dont have enough time to full study it and full understand, I work very hard here, I just need it working and thought the tests I done before was enough to make it run well.

I posted here all I know and all I have done asking for a help because I dont know what more to do.
In tests on the breadboard circuit worked well with a LED in output and smaller timing intervals.
The motor itself is very small and very low power.
