#182367 - Use one of these

i want to create a device that transmits data through USB port.

Then just use a simple serial-to-USB converter.

No changes required at all to you 8051 hardware or firmware, nor your PC application software.
Job done.

You can get ready-made cables to build into your product if you want to avoid connectors:

These are available with RS232 levels, or 3V3 or 5V logic levels - for direct connection to the microcontroller pins.
They can even supply power.

Does the converter works correctly?

Of course it does.

I mean the timing issue problem.

What "timing issue problem" ?

If your software is buggy and has timing issues, that will not be affected by the adaptor!

i am limited to DIP

Only if you choose to be!

Again, see: http://www.8052.com/forumchat/read/182166

i have to create a PCB for other packages?

Of course - whatever you do will require a PCB!
