How do you know that? Where in the datasheet says that changing the capacitor values by a factor of 10 will produce a factor of 10 results? You're assuming linearity, which is largely incorrect. Where is the equation that you used (other than the obvious)?
The datasheet: http://datasheets.maxim-ic.com/en/ds/MAX...MAX249.pdf What are the resulting errors and what do they imply? Now if you just meant that the OP made an error from 1uf versus 10uF that's a factor of 10, but in no way says anything about the function of the IC. |
