#177478 - Insist On Answer From Chip Designer Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Daniel:
I recommend that you go back to the folks at SiLabs and insist on a definitive answer. The reply you got from Guy Silabs is something coming from someone that did not check against the actual chip level RTL. If he had checked he would have been able to express an answer as "there is no other way..." or "you do it like this...". Michael Karas PS. I can tell you from practical experience over many years of asking complex or at least more than mundane questions that 90% of the time you get basically bull s**t answers at the first level when you ask anything beyond the data sheet boundary.
