I did not have time to play with it so far, but it's the same here - running the wizard ends with the "choose chip" step and "Load" remains disabled (contrary to what the manual chapter 3.3.2 figure 6 displays).

I will open a new bugreport at Atmel's support site (support.atmel.no) . It would be nice if you would do the same - and please complain also about the missing mfc71.dll.
